Strengthened Grassroots Voice
This programme is designed to engage with and influence actions at a national level between communities and government on development planning projects and issues of prime concern for underprivileged communities. The aim of the programme is to influence bureaucratic systems through improved participation, specifically at the local government level, and to contribute to policy regulation where necessary through evidence-based insights from implemented pilot projects.

Planact has been instrumental in the development of a model that brought together informal settlement communities to form what is termed Clusters of Community Agency (CCA).
