On the 10th of April 2026, the Bundu Inn Food Security team made a meaningful contribution to their community by donating freshly harvested vegetables, including spinach, beetroot, and spring onions, to local crèches.

The beneficiaries of this initiative included Rise and Shine, Emmanicolin, Kelebogile, Lesedi Day Care Centre, and Mamoruti Day Care Centre. Together, these centres support approximately 200 children, who directly benefit from the improved nutritional value of their daily meals.

This donation played an important role in enhancing the health and well-being of young children by providing access to fresh and nutritious food, which is essential for their growth and development. It also highlights the power of community-led food production to address food insecurity at the local level.

Through this initiative, the Bundu Inn team strengthens community support systems and promotes sustainable food practices.
