Planact partnered with Act Ubumbano and SIVIO Institute to host a Town Hall citizens conversation on a report from the Citizen’s Perceptions Expectations (CPE) Survey that was conducted in 2025 across South Africa.
The following questions were asked to citizens in the room, from different communities in Gauteng, for them to create to their own community manifestos.
